Senior Facility Quality Systems Specialist
Bristol Myers Squibb
Senior-level quality systems professional within Global Facilities Services responsible for establishing centralized quality management compliance across multiple manufacturing sites. Role encompasses training program oversight, investigation and audit management, CAPA coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with GMP/GxP standards.
Responsibilities
- Own training curriculum development and deployment across facility network during system rollouts
- Lead deviation, non-conformance, CAPA, and change-control initiation and resolution
- Direct internal and external audit support and maintain inspection readiness across sites
- Drive compliance metrics governance and cross-site business operations projects supporting centralization strategy
- Lead quality process deployment, documentation standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of GMP/GxP regulatory requirements
- Experience with quality management systems and compliance documentation
- Proficiency with CMMS systems (Maximo) and data integrity management
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process standardization
- Experience with audit preparation, investigation, and corrective action management
- Competency with business intelligence tools such as Power BI for compliance reporting
