Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, developing tailored treatment plans to address individual needs.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to promote recovery.
• Document patient progress accurately and regularly, ensuring compliance with treatment protocols and standards of care.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes, utilizing evidence-based methodologies and participating in case discussions.
• Educate patients and caregivers about treatment protocols, self-management strategies, and techniques to improve overall wellness.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service by effectively communicating with patients, family members, and referral sources.
• Achieve utilization goals and contribute to the growth of the practice through effective patient engagement and retention strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will allow you to work with a diverse clientele, primarily focusing on orthopedic cases, alongside opportunities to treat pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients. Your expertise will cater to those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain, and other debilitating conditions, providing a chance to make significant impacts in their lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems, including electronic health records and common word processing software.
• Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with patients to assist them in exceeding their therapeutic goals.

Preferred Experience

While new graduates are encouraged to apply, additional experience treating a variety of patient populations, particularly those with orthopedic conditions, will be advantageous. A background in clinical education or mentoring may also be a plus, as we value knowledge sharing within our team.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
