• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.• At least 2 years of accounting experience in a staff accountant or similar role.
• Hands-on experience preparing journal entries and working within the general ledger.
• Familiarity with month-end close activities and account reconciliation processes.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in a team-oriented work environment.
