This role is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work schedule designed around individual caseload preferences. Clinicians can handle between 10 to 30 billable hours per week, ensuring they can dedicate sufficient time to each client while maintaining their personal and professional commitments. All client interactions, including assessments and therapy sessions, are conducted via telehealth, ensuring comprehensive care while eliminating geographical barriers.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver outpatient mental health treatments encompassing case management, diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and psychotherapy.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques for individual, couples, family, and group therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments for clients, including conflict resolution strategies and crisis intervention techniques.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team composed of psychologists and medical professionals to enhance client treatment outcomes.

• Participate in Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and provide vital information regarding mental health resources.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation through electronic health records and ensure timely communication with involved parties as permitted by clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
