Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to individuals and families through various modalities suitable for specific client needs.

• Maintain thorough documentation, including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and aftercare plans, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

• Engage in regular client sessions, including both individual and group therapy, to empower clients in their journey toward mental wellness.

• Collaborate with external stakeholders such as families, outside clinicians, and referring parties to create a cohesive approach to patient care.

• Proactively establish aftercare plans for clients transitioning out of therapy, focusing on their long-term success and stability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients primarily consist of families and individuals experiencing a range of mental and behavioral health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. You will work closely with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults, emphasizing culturally responsive care that respects each client’s unique background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) license.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges, including co-occurring disorders and substance abuse treatment.
