Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse patient population within the hospice setting, addressing both the emotional and psychosocial needs of clients facing terminal illnesses. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
