Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children and families.
\n
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
\n
• Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that each child receives appropriate intervention.
\n
• Provide coaching and guidance to families, equipping them with skills and information aimed at fostering their child's developmental growth.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop collaborative plans with families, recommending strategies that align with the Natural Learning Environment Practices.
\n
• Document assessments, treatment plans, and family interactions in compliance with Federal and State regulations.
\n
• Engage with families in a respectful manner to foster trust and rapport, creating a nurturing learning environment for children.
\n
• Compromise all facets of care to ensure the health and safety of staff and individuals served.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support families with young children, particularly those from marginalized communities who are experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. The child-centered approach aims to enhance physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills, with a focus on improving the quality of life for both children and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A valid driver’s license for potential travel related to client services.
\n
• Exceptional adaptability in addressing diverse learning styles based on the individualized treatment plans for children.

• Strong organization and time management skills to effectively handle multiple cases.

Compensation and Benefits\n
