In this fully remote position, you will operate within a supportive virtual environment, using telehealth technology to connect with clients. Flexibility is key, and you will have the opportunity to schedule some of your sessions during evenings or weekends to meet client needs. You will work alongside an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, facilitating coordinated and holistic care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, strengths, and resources, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, adapted to client conditions and progress.

• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that set clear goals and interventions for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions, support groups, and therapeutic workshops, aimed at enhancing clients’ understanding of mental health and coping strategies.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in alignment with ethical and legal standards, using our electronic health record system to track client progress and treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications\n
