Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while maintaining the professional standards of a community health clinic. Our collaborative online workspace supports seamless communication with colleagues and ensures access to all necessary resources, including a robust electronic health record (EHR) system. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to evaluate each patient’s unique experiences and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, tailored to patients’ cultural backgrounds.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address a wide range of mental health issues, fostering resilience and recovery among patients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated care that optimizes treatment outcomes.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, maintaining a calm presence while addressing urgent concerns.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower informed decision-making.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring a secure patient care environment.

• Participate actively in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing cultural competency training to continually enhance the delivery of care.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methods, with a strong focus on cultural competence.

Compensation and Benefits\n
