Leadership is focused on preserving the family atmosphere, close-knit culture, and client-first service model that have helped define the organization.Personal Lines Account Manager Compensation & Benefits$70,000–$85,000 base salary, depending on experienceComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and 401(k)Hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the officePersonal Lines Account Manager ResponsibilitiesManage an established book of standard Personal Lines business, including Home, Auto, Umbrella, and related coveragesHandle renewals, policy servicing, coverage changes, endorsements, and billing inquiriesReview policies for accuracy and identify potential coverage gapsPrepare renewal and new business quotes as neededRespond to client questions by phone, email, and in personProvide clear guidance regarding coverage options and policy changesAssist clients with claims reporting and follow-upWork closely with producers and internal team members to support retention and cross-selling opportunitiesMaintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with carrier and regulatory requirementsDeliver a high level of personalized client service throughout the policy lifecyclePersonal Lines Account Manager Requirements3+ years of Personal Lines account management experience preferredActive Illinois Property & Casualty licenseExperience working within an independent insurance agency strongly preferredApplied EPIC experience requiredStrong understanding of standard Personal Lines coverages, including Home, Auto, and UmbrellaExperience managing accounts from renewal through ongoing servicingStrong communication, organization, and client-service skillsThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Personal Lines professional who wants to join an independent agency that values long-term relationships, stability, and maintaining a family-oriented workplace.
