Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish therapeutic relationships with clients, fostering a warm, safe, and inviting atmosphere conducive to open communication.

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnosing mental health disorders and creating personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Facilitate individual and couples therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or solution-focused therapy, to address a range of emotional and relational challenges.

• Continuously evaluate and track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide clients with strategies and tools to navigate mental health challenges and improve overall wellness, including coping techniques, mindfulness practices, and communication skills development.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, referring them to specialists when needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

The LMFT will work with a diverse client population, including individuals seeking support for mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid LMFT license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
