\n \nWhat You'll Do
\n- \n
- Own the full sales cycle — prospect, demo, negotiate, and close. \n
- Generate new business through cold calling, outbound outreach, and referrals. \n
- Deliver engaging Zoom demonstrations to dental practices and decision-makers. \n
- Build relationships with dental industry distribution partners. \n
- Attend select industry events and occasionally travel with partners. \n
- Manage your pipeline in Salesforce and consistently exceed sales targets. \n
Who We're Looking For

\nDental industry knowledge is essential.
\nConfident prospecting, presenting, and building relationships.
\nSelf-driven, organized, coachable, and accountable.
\n \nRequired Qualifications:
\n- \n
- 1–3 years of sales experience OR 2+ years working in a dental practice (hygienist, assistant, treatment coordinator, practice manager, etc.). \n
- Understanding of dental practice operations and team responsibilities. \n
- Located in the Western U.S. (excluding California) . \n
Preferred: Dental sales or SaaS experience, bachelor's degree, familiarity with dental software, Zoom, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
