Job Description: We're seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. This entry-level role is designed to support our Account Executives by generating leads, setting appointments, and initiating conversations with aviation companies. The BDR role is a launchpad for a future Account Executive position, offering hands-on experience in sales development and client engagement. What You'll Do: Cold Calling & Outreach: Make daily outbound calls to aviation companies to introduce JSfirm.com and generate interest in our advertising solutions. Lead Qualification: Identify potential clients, gather information on their hiring needs, and qualify leads for the Account Executive team. Appointment Setting: Schedule Google Meet presentations for Account Executives to showcase our platform and services. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach, lead status, and follow-ups in our CRM system. Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and support ongoing sales efforts. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and hiring challenges within aviation to better understand client needs. What We're Looking For: Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence. Resilient, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and growth. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Interest in sales and a desire to grow into an Account Executive role. Aviation industry knowledge is a plus but not required.
