Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients based on comprehensive psychological assessments.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to conduct individual and group therapy sessions aimed at resolving mental health issues.

• Regularly monitor client progress, reassessing and adjusting treatment plans as necessary, while providing referrals to additional resources when appropriate.

• Conduct crisis intervention services to address immediate mental health needs, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

• Establish and nurture relationships with client families and community service providers to create a holistic support system for each client.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and services provided in adherence to ethical standards.

• Contribute to quality assurance discussions, participate in clinical meetings, and engage in ongoing in-service training sessions that promote professional development.

• Provide consultation and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves school-aged children and their families, addressing a diverse range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. You will play a pivotal role in identifying client needs and tailored intervention approaches, ensuring that educational and emotional support is aligned with their goals.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active LCSW licensure in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
