Key Responsibilities\n

• Attend Child and Family team meetings, treatment planning sessions, and training workshops to collaborate effectively with peers and contribute to the development of comprehensive care plans.

• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand each individual's unique needs, followed by creating personalized treatment plans that are regularly updated to reflect client progress.

• Ensure all documentation, including assessments, treatment updates, and discharge reports, is completed within the required timeframes to comply with agency and licensing regulations.

• Maintain strict client confidentiality at all times and safeguard all records to ensure compliance with HIPAA standards.

• Utilize diagnostic skills to effectively assess and treat children and adolescents, employing evidence-based strategies that cater to diverse backgrounds and needs.

• Design and implement treatment interventions, fostering progress and resilience in clients through therapeutic modalities and techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children, adolescents, and their families, addressing a wide array of issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relational challenges and developmental disorders. You will work closely with vulnerable populations who often face additional barriers to accessing mental health care. Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, ensuring competitive compensation for your valuable contributions.
