Associate Attorney - Restructuring

Responsibilities Work with attorneys across the firm on restructuring matters, including representing debtors, ad hoc and statutory committees, secured creditors, asset purchasers, and other constituents in Chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court restructurings, including cross-border matters. Assist with deposition and trial preparation. Serve as an integral member of high-performing, collaborative teams. Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited top 50 law school. Admission to the New York Bar, active and in good standing. Must have attended a top 50 law school & worked at an AmLaw 200 Law Firm. Demonstrate a record of high academic and professional excellence, strong interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional research, analytical, and writing abilities. This position is based in NYC (hybrid, mid‑town location) and involves a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year associate.
