Technical Product Support Specialist

As a part-time hourly Technical Product Support Specialist, the candidate will assist customers with product selection, provide post-sales support, and address application and troubleshooting inquiries for fluid power products while working remotely. Key responsibilities Communicate effectively with external and internal customers to provide technical product support via telephone Utilize multiple computer applications simultaneously to identify solutions and document customer interactions Maintain a high level of technical expertise through industry experience and training, while capturing customer feedback for product teams Required qualifications 7+ years of relevant job experience or hands-on field experience in electrical or lighting systems, wiring, and controls Experience with Industrial Controls and Automation Proficiency in computer use, including navigating multiple applications and screens simultaneously
