Bowman Williams is seeking a Service Desk Analyst Level 2 to deliver remote support for SMB clients. You will manage tickets, troubleshoot Outlook/OneDrive/Teams, Windows 10/11, and basic networking while enabling onboarding/offboarding and strong customer service over phone and email. The role requires 3+ years in IT service desk and MSP experience; knowledge of Autotask and Microsoft 365 is a plus.
