Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and collaborate in the creation of personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to a diverse clientele.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups that address mental health challenges, fostering community and shared experiences among participants.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care, ensuring each patient receives holistic support.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
