Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.

• Conduct detailed evaluations and assessments to inform treatment plans and therapeutic approaches.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, to facilitate client progress.

• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy, helping clients navigate their unique challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to client care, sharing insights and progress updates.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to ethical and legal standards regarding confidentiality.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to remain current on mental health advancements and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. This population may include clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Your role will be pivotal in providing them with the support necessary to improve their mental well-being and lead fulfilling lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of documented counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, supplemented by potential bonuses based on performance.
