Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused short therapy, to address a variety of mental health challenges.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, fostering a supportive environment that encourages personal growth and emotional healing.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines to track client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Actively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, including participation in case discussions and peer reviews.

• Stay abreast of developments in mental health practices by engaging in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a diverse client population facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience is essential, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in establishing rapport with a variety of clients, utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills.
