Executive Director

The client is seeking an Executive Director to lead its efforts in community development and neighborhood revitalization. This role involves overseeing the management and strategic direction of organization activities aimed at improving the quality of life for residents in the North Central Massachusetts region. Responsibilities include advancing homeownership, business development, and housing initiatives, along with managing asset development and community organizing programs. The Executive Director will report directly to the Board of Directors and will be tasked with maintaining and enhancing the organization's longstanding impact and outcomes. The organization operates with an annual budget of approximately $4 million and a staff of thirteen, working to deliver essential services in response to growing housing and financial stability demands. Over the past year, significant outcomes have been achieved, including homebuyer education for hundreds of families and direct financial assistance distributed to prevent evictions and foreclosures. The organization also supports local economic vitality by counseling entrepreneurs and facilitating job creation and retention efforts. The Executive Director will continue to build on this momentum to ensure equitable economic growth and sustainable neighborhood revitalization.
