About the Role Charlie Health is hiring candidates with a Masters degree in mental health and prior experience facilitating groups to provide remote, telehealth services. Team members are expected to be well-versed in a variety of modalities and to deliver high-quality care to clients across diverse needs. Candidates should be committed to bettering the mental health and well-being of clients, support self-care, and perform at a high level each day to address behavioral health needs. Responsibilities Complete all onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date Meet with your assigned Charlie Health Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director at a minimum of 1x/month for required check-in Respond to all email and Slack communication promptly (within 48 hours) Review the curriculum aligned to group assignment prior to group start time Arrive ~10 minutes early to scheduled group time and facilitate all groups for the entirety of the hour Facilitate groups following Charlie Health best practices and using the most up-to-date Charlie Health curriculum Facilitate groups across age groups and cohorts, including Integrative curriculum, Support Staffing and Wellness Hour as needed Foster client engagement and group cohesion, encouraging client participation and maintaining a camera-on culture Adhere to operational policies and procedures as indicated by Charlie Health best practices Participate in collaborative Treatment Team (Tuesdays) and Group Supervision (every other Friday) with your supervisor/director, peers, and other Clinical Leadership Work collaboratively with Primary Therapists, Care Experience Specialists and Care Coaches Communicate clearly, professionally, and promptly with clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents Monitor treatment documentation to ensure notes are completed within 24 hours and meet agency and professional standards per DHCS and The Joint Commission Maintain professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries and confidentiality Other duties as assigned Requirements Must be available during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays (3-8pm MT, Monday to Thursday) and Saturdays Master’s degree in mental health or related field required Experience working with a wide age range (children to adults) Well-versed in a variety of modalities and able to integrate them (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification is a plus) Passionate about group treatment and skilled in conducting group sessions Ability to work effectively in a team Creative and engaging, especially over video Technical ability to run effective telehealth sessions Reliable WiFi connection when meeting with clients Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) and EMR/outcomes software Charlie Health offers comprehensive benefits to all full-time, exempt employees The Provider Experience at Charlie Health Flexibility: work from home or wherever you are most comfortable Support: access to a full-time Admissions and Assessment team to help clinicians focus on care Opportunity to build strong relationships with clients (maximum of 8 clients per group) AI-Powered Documentation: AI-powered scribe to streamline documentation and summarize key points Example Master\u2019s Degrees Master of Science (M.S.) in Mental Health Counseling Master of Arts (M.A.) in Counseling Psychology Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) with a concentration in Mental Health Master of Science (M.S.) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling Master of Arts (M.A.) in Marriage and Family Therapy Master of Arts (M.A.) in Clinical Psychology Master of Science (M.S.) in School Counseling Master of Science (M.S.) in Rehabilitation Counseling Master of Science (M.S.) in Applied Developmental Psychology Master of Arts (M.A.) in Education (with experience in behavioral health) Master of Education (Ed.M) (with experience in behavioral health) Note to Colorado applicants: Applications will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis.
