Now Hiring: Corporate Trainer – Healthcare The Corporate Trainer will lead the development and execution of training initiatives across our multi-site network, ensuring consistency in onboarding, performance standards, and operational excellence across all locations. Position Overview Location: Corporate office based in Lakewood, NJ Travel: Occasional travel to facilities preferred Hours: Full-time, standard business hours with flexibility for emergencies Key Responsibilities Facilitate onboarding and training for all management-level roles Track and document staff trainings within a centralized system Support consistent, reliable, and effective training practices across all locations Evaluate performance and identify retraining needs through audits, incident debriefs, and collaboration with Operations Directors Develop and maintain training resources with clear calls to action and measurable performance improvement strategies Qualifications Education: Master's degree preferred, not required Experience: Experience in training, writing, and public speaking; healthcare and substance use experience preferred Skills: Strong writing, training facilitation, organization, and technical proficiency Certifications: Not required Core Competencies Motivational and engaging presence Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and public speaking abilities Professionalism and positivity Highly organized and reliable Detail-oriented Collaborative team player Why Join Avenues?
