Drive strategic sales initiatives across the Great Lakes region , including markets such as Chicago, Indianapolis, Detroit, Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Louisville, Pittsburgh, and surrounding areas Grow new enterprise business while retaining and expanding large, complex contracts Lead consultative sales efforts for On‑Site Managed Services, Clinical Engineering, and Peak Need Rental solutions Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare executives, including C‑suite and senior clinical leaders Influence customer decision‑making by advancing the customer point of view and delivering challenger‑style messaging Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations to deliver tailored, value‑based solutions Proactively manage at‑risk accounts and lead contract renewal strategies Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate value, uncover growth opportunities, and ensure long‑term partnerships Travel up to 60% , including overnight travel, to support territory coverage and relationship building What You Will Need for This Role? 10+ years of healthcare sales experience , including 5+ years selling into IDNs or large health systems Proven ability to influence and sell to C‑suite and senior executive stakeholders Strong background in Clinical Engineering, enterprise healthcare solutions, or on‑site services (highly preferred) Demonstrated success as a hunter with a consultative, challenger‑based sales approach Exceptional organizational, territory management, and relationship‑building skills Financial acumen with an understanding of large contracts and long‑term value creation Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% across the region #J-18808-Ljbffr Agiliti
