Sr Director, Enterprise Partnerships - Influencer Marketing

THE OPPORTUNITY

HireInfluence is seeking a proven enterprise rainmaker with established executive relationships and a verifiable record of personally originating and closing major influencer marketing agency contracts.

Founded in 2011, HireInfluence is a full service influencer marketing agency serving Fortune 1000 companies and global brands. We are looking for an accomplished seller who can bring our capabilities directly to the decision makers they have spent years earning the trust of.

\n

This is a role for the person who wins the business, not the person who manages others doing it. You will personally drive each opportunity from the first conversation through signed agreement, supported by our strategy, creative, and executive teams. There is no sales department to oversee and no prospecting team beneath you.

Your track record should demonstrate that you can open the right doors, earn the opportunity, and close the business.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

\n

• Enterprise relationships and new business. Activate your existing network and develop new relationships with senior brand marketing leaders. Personally initiate outreach, secure introductions, and maintain consistent engagement through video calls and in person meetings. Pursue substantial campaign engagements, annual partnerships, and multinational opportunities.

• The pursuit and the close. Lead discovery, qualify budgets and objectives, shape the commercial approach, and guide prospects through presentations, objections, procurement, negotiations, and contract execution. You remain accountable for advancing the opportunity and securing the signature.

• Enterprise RFPs and competitive pitches. Own qualified inbound enterprise RFPs alongside opportunities you originate. Develop the response strategy, shape the proposal narrative, coordinate internal contributions, and lead presentations and follow through. You must know how to turn a compelling agency response into a winning engagement.

• Industry representation. Represent HireInfluence at approximately 2 to 3 industry conferences, trade shows, and events annually, plus strategic client meetings. Arrange meaningful conversations in advance and convert those connections into qualified opportunities.

• Commercial results. Own individual new business targets, maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast, and prioritize profitable partnerships with meaningful growth potential.

WHAT YOU MUST BRING

\n

\n
• Substantial, recent experience personally selling influencer marketing agency services to enterprise brands. Software sales, talent representation, or general agency experience alone will not satisfy this requirement.
\n
• Active, trusted relationships with CMOs, VPs of Marketing, brand leaders, and other decision makers at major enterprise organizations. We are looking for established access and credibility, not simply a contact database.
\n
• A verifiable history of personally originating and closing six and seven figure engagements, with demonstrated multimillion dollar annual new business production.
\n
• Proven success winning competitive enterprise RFPs and navigating complex buying committees, procurement processes, and commercial negotiations.
\n
• Experience securing global or multinational partnerships, exceptional executive presence, and the discipline to independently manage the complete sales process.

COMPENSATION & WORKING STRUCTURE

\n

Competitive executive base salary of $144K plus performance based commission tied to individual commercial results. This is a full time position requiring availability on Slack between 9am-5pm CT, Monday through Friday, with occasional travel as outlined above.
