Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary  Executive Chef to lead our culinary program and elevate the dining experience at one of Boston’s most dynamic destinations - One Lincoln. This is an exceptional opportunity for a creative, driven culinary leader to put their mark on a high-profile operation known for excellence, energy, and innovation.

As Executive Chef, you will have full ownership of the kitchen—shaping the menu, setting culinary standards, and leading a talented brigade. You will balance creativity with consistency, delivering bold, refined cuisine while maintaining operational discipline and profitability.

• Develop and execute seasonally driven menus that reflect creativity, quality, and guest appeal
• Lead, mentor, and inspire kitchen leadership and hourly culinary staff
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and the highest food standards
• Maintain food and labor cost controls, inventory systems, and vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with front-of-house leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience
• Drive innovation while respecting the brand and vision of One Lincoln

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a high-volume or upscale dining environment
• Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, team-first approach
• Passion for fresh ingredients, menu development, and modern culinary trends
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, costs, and forecasts
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A commitment to training, culture-building, and culinary excellence
