Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active SLP license and CCC certification, meeting all state requirements
• Experience (school-based preferred) with diverse student populations and communication disorders
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing caseloads as assigned post-interview
• Commitment to evidence-based practices in assessment, intervention, and support
• Availability for a full 35-hour work week over the full school year (September–May)

Role Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication challenges
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans for students
• Provide direct therapy, consult with teachers and families, and maintain compliance with IEPs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative educational teams
• Track progress and document services according to school and regulatory standards
• Adapt interventions to meet the unique needs in any assigned school setting
