Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $15.75 per hour

Shift: M F 7:30AM 4PM

What's a typical day as Data Entry Operator? You'll be:

• Entering alphanumeric data from a variety of sources, including paper-based, electronic, and phone, into a computer database.
• Checking data from completed forms and client documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Handling, sorting, and filing paperwork, including managing boxes weighing up to 25-50 lbs and capturing data from files.
• Meeting job-specific standards and production rates for data entry.
• Performing general office duties, such as typing, operating office machines, and sorting mail.
• Communicating with clients, coworkers, and management regarding data requirements and paperwork status.
• Participating in safety and security drills, and reporting any issues or incidents.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Can type at least 50 words per minute (Must Have).
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and basic computer systems (Must Have).
• Are able to routinely lift and move boxes weighing 25-50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and handling materials.
• Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Are adaptable to change and able to work on long-duration project assignments.
• Demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic.
