Program Supervisor – Children's Intensive Services (WISe)Compass Health is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee our Children's Intensive Services (WISe) teams serving Snohomish County. This role offers a unique opportunity to guide a dedicated, multidisciplinary team delivering wraparound behavioral health services to youth and their families in their homes, schools, and communities. You'll provide clinical and administrative leadership while helping ensure services are collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in family voice and choice.Location: Everett, WA Schedule: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week)Lead With Purpose.
