Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic treatment to patients, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Conduct initial assessments, individual therapy sessions, group therapy, and family therapy over telehealth platforms.

• Perform mental health evaluations, providing guidance, referrals, and intervention services as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records in adherence with federal, state, and organizational regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A comprehensive educational background including a master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least three years of relevant clinical experience delivering mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
