Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and individual psychotherapy sessions tailored to the needs of low-acuity adults, focusing on their mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.

• Develop comprehensive, solution-focused treatment plans in collaboration with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to monitor progress and adapt strategies as needed.

• Utilize effective therapeutic techniques to assist clients in developing essential coping skills and strategies to help navigate their challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with privacy standards and organizational policies, minimizing administrative burden.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions occasionally when clients would benefit from peer interactions and shared experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW or equivalent, recognized by the state board of New Jersey. Licenses such as LMFT, LPC, or PsyD are acceptable, however, no provisional licenses will be considered.

• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills demonstrated through professional experience.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical setting with a proven ability to manage a caseload effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
