Subcontracts Manager, Federal Proposals & CPSR

Phase2 Technology

Booz Allen Hamilton in McLean, VA is seeking a Contracts Manager (Mid) to lead subcontract administration for U.S. government work, including pre- and post-award activities and CPSR-compliant file management. You will coordinate price strategies, draft solicitation packages, analyze subcontractor proposals, and negotiate terms with vendors, interfacing with internal teams and clients daily. A strong knowledge of FARs, GSA schedules, and IDIQ vehicles, plus a Bachelor's degree, are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Phase2 Technology
