Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical records in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

• Provide education and resources to patients and families, helping them navigate the emotional complexities associated with hospice care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population consists primarily of individuals with terminal illnesses as well as their families, who often experience a range of emotional responses, from grief to anxiety. As an LCSW in our hospice center, you will provide critical support to these patients, facilitating conversations about their needs and preferences while guiding their loved ones through complex emotional landscapes.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee is necessary for this role.
