AccountStaff is helping a client who is looking for a Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions. This role offers a hybrid schedule, a brand-new office environment, and the chance to work with a talented team dedicated to excellence. Required skills include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years payroll processing experience, preferably within a professional services firm, proficiency with automated payroll systems, UKG experience is a strong plus, certified payroll professional or related certification is advantageous, strong understanding of multi-jurisdictional payroll laws, tax, and compliance, excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills, and a track record of handling sensitive employee data discreetly. Nice to have skills include UKG system experience, experience supporting audits and year-end processes, and knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
