Description Position Overview Liz Lambert builds distinctive, soulful hospitality experiences — projects rooted in design rigor, cultural intuition, storytelling, and thoughtful execution. The Executive Assistant will serve as a highly trusted partner to Liz, ensuring her time, energy, and focus are aligned with the most important priorities across hospitality, design, development, and cultural projects. This role is for someone exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — someone who can create clarity in a fast-moving, highly creative environment. The Executive Assistant will own day-to-day executive operations while also helping translate ideas into action and keeping key initiatives moving forward. The role is primarily executive support with meaningful coordination and project involvement. Prioritize meetings and commitments to align with key business objectives. Coordinate complex scheduling across multiple ventures, time zones, and stakeholders. Plan and manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and on-the-ground logistics. Oversee inbox management, triaging communications and surfacing what truly requires attention. Filter inbound requests, invitations, and cold outreach. Anticipate needs before they arise and proactively solve logistical challenges. Meeting & Communication Support Prepare briefing materials and background context for meetings. Draft agendas and ensure meetings are organized and purposeful. Capture action items and follow up to ensure next steps are executed. Support board meetings, investor conversations, leadership sessions, and offsites. Serve as a point of contact for key partners, collaborators, and internal team members. Project Coordination & Follow-Through Help translate conversations and ideas into clear next steps and timelines. Track priorities across ventures and flag items that need attention. Maintain organized systems for shared documents, contacts, and project information. Support light research, vendor coordination, and special projects as needed. Ensure important work doesn’t stall due to lack of follow-up or clarity. What Success Looks Like Liz’s time is protected and aligned with highest-impact work. Travel, meetings, and communications run smoothly and efficiently. Priorities are clear and well-coordinated across ventures. Projects move forward without constant prompting. Qualifications 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a high-level support role. Experience supporting a founder, CEO, or senior executive in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting needs. High level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment. Comfort working in creative, entrepreneurial environments. Austin-based and willing to travel as needed.
