Key Responsibilities\n

  Engage in regular communication with physicians and other healthcare professionals to report on patient progress, address needs and concerns, and troubleshoot potential issues affecting client care.

Qualifications\n

  Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

  Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent.

  A minimum of three years of experience working in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating a strong clinical foundation.
