Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual initial assessments, gathering detailed information regarding each client's unique history and mental health concerns.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with clients' goals and utilize evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, adjusting techniques and approaches based on client responses and progression.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and psychiatrists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress notes, treatment plans, and other pertinent client information according to organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in clinical supervision, ongoing training, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge within the field.

• Stay updated on best practices, emerging research, and trends pertinent to marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington is mandatory.
