HR Coordinator

Job Summary The HR Coordinator will support daily HR operations for a private country club in Los Angeles. Key responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, payroll support, and general administrative duties. Responsibilities Support full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, applicant screening, and interview scheduling Coordinate onboarding, orientations, and new hire paperwork Maintain employee records, HR files, and HRIS data accurately Assist with background checks, drug screenings, and employment verifications Support timekeeping, attendance tracking, and payroll‑related data entry Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and workplace standards Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department as needed Requirements 13 years of Human Resources or administrative support experience preferred Knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, and HR processes Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred EEO Statement Staffmark is an equal opportunity employer.
