We are seeking an energetic Manger to lead the implementation and sustainment of critical operational and business programs that will transform how we work across US Natural Gas (USNG).Reporting to the Director – Operations Programs the Manager of Program Implementation and Sustainment is responsible for leading a team to develop and implement programs, processes and tools across USNG including but not limited to Operations Technical Competency Programs, Operational Risk Management, Control of Work, and maintenance programs. The team will collaborate with key stakeholders including operations, operations services, safety and technical services, projects and commercial to ensure effective implementation, while serving as an advocate for operational requirements. What You'll DoLead, coach, mentor, and develop employees to build a safe, engaged, and high-performing team.Promote and exemplify TC Energy's core values: Safety in Every Step, One Team, Personal Accountability and Active Learning.Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, inclusion, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.Lead process mapping to establish program objectives in alignment with operational, commercial, technical and compliance requirements.Implement Programs through cross-functional collaboration to ensure integration across all stakeholders.Lead adoption of evolving technologiesServe as a program champion influencing mindsets and behaviors across the organization by modelling strong safety leadership, promoting psychological safety, and supporting active learning.Identify, assess and proactively manage risks through development and implementation of mitigation and contingency strategies.Implement program change management techniques to minimize change fatigue and support successful implementation.Monitor performance and identify and implement opportunities for improvements to optimize performance and reduce risk.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field;A minimum of 10 years of experience in business analytics, project management, operations or engineering;Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and develop diverse teams.Experience leading change initiatives and driving continuous improvement with the ability to inspire and be a champion for change.Strong business acumen with the ability to balance operational, financial, and risk considerations. Ability to translate process requirements to business outcomesProficient in operational risk management methodologies, tools, and techniquesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think strategically and tacticallyExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
