Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that take into account patients’ medical histories and current health conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patients primarily consist of individuals facing complex mental health challenges coupled with medical conditions such as chronic pain, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. This role requires a nuanced understanding of how these co-occurring issues interact, along with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse clientele from various backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive therapeutic relationships with patients.

• A commitment to maintaining ethical boundaries and patient confidentiality.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and related computer applications.

• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, along with a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
