Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver remote mental health services utilizing an evidence-based program tailored to the unique needs of each participant.

• Conduct regular assessments to monitor participant progress, providing timely follow-up communication and care coordination recommendations.

• Document session notes meticulously and maintain comprehensive records in compliance with HIPAA Privacy & Security policies.

• Respond to high-risk situations involving participant safety, ensuring adherence to organizational protocols.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team by attending scheduled meetings, contributing insights to enhance patient care and team effectiveness.

• Assist participants in navigating healthcare resources, including consent and authorization processes as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele, providing vital support to individuals facing a multitude of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule dedicated to patient care, committing to 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday.

Compensation and Benefits\n
