Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Providing individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active Pennsylvania state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of experience providing individual and family therapy in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with trauma-informed care and familiarity with working with a range of mental health issues will be advantageous.
