Senior BD Manager - Litigation

Job Description Develop and execute business development strategies to support the litigation practice's growth goals. Collaborate with attorneys and stakeholders to identify client needs and opportunities for new business. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making. Oversee the creation of compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients. Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnership and satisfaction. Track and evaluate business development activities and outcomes to refine strategies as needed. Coordinate with the marketing team to align branding and messaging with business development efforts. Stay informed about industry trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior BD Manager - Litigation should have: 8+ years of experience in business development in legal and/or professional services. Must have relevant Litigation experience. Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams effectively. Experience in creating persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities. A high level of organization and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
