Senior BD Manager - Trade & Investigations

Job Description Develop and implement business development strategies to support the growth of the Investigations & White Collar practice. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio. Collaborate with partners and practice leaders to create client-focused marketing materials and proposals. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs. Coordinate and manage client events, seminars, and webinars to strengthen client relationships. Track and analyze the effectiveness of business development initiatives and make recommendations for improvement. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for cross-selling services. Work closely with the marketing team to align branding and communication efforts with business development goals. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior BD Manager - Trade & Investigations should have: 8+ years of business development experience in legal and/or professional services. A strong understanding of Investigations & White Collar practice and market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities. Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other business development tools.
