Work Environment

Working onsite at our state-of-the-art outpatient office in the heart of San Bernardino, you will benefit from a collaborative atmosphere that values professional growth and teamwork. The typical work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical assessments to evaluate patients' functional status, movement patterns, and mobility issues.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate clinical best practices and evidence-based modalities.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and neuromuscular re-education, to promote optimal recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve patient-centered outcomes.
• Host educational sessions for patients and their families regarding rehabilitation practices, self-management strategies, and recovery expectations.
• Engage with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, psychologists, and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Assist patients in setting realistic and achievable rehabilitation goals, supporting them throughout their recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient clinic serves a diverse demographic of patients, ranging from those recovering from physical injuries and surgeries to individuals suffering from chronic pain and mobility limitations. You will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages, including children, adults, and seniors, enabling you to utilize a variety of treatment approaches tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• Solid foundational knowledge of physical rehabilitation principles, anatomy, and physiology.
• Proficiency in conducting clinical assessments and formulating evidence-based treatment plans.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with patients and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ethical practice and patient confidentiality.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with specialized therapeutic modalities, such as aquatic therapy or sports rehabilitation, will be an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to educate and motivate patients in self-management practices.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, we provide a robust benefits package, including:
