Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, but you will have the flexibility to work with an outpatient office structure. Our team operates with a supportive, technology-driven platform that allows for seamless communication, case management, and virtual client interactions. While we maintain a regular work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, some flexibility may be required based on student and client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments that utilize evidence-based practices, allowing for the development of personalized treatment plans for each client.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting your techniques to meet the specific needs of your clients.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential clinical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations and other legal requirements.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and interdisciplinary meetings, enhancing the quality of care and sharing insights for continuous improvement.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to support their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and your role will involve tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual, fostering an environment of trust and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.

• Strong understanding of solution-based psychotherapy techniques, demonstrating flexibility in your therapeutic methods.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective relationships with clients and team members.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills essential for developing treatment plans customized to individual client needs.
