This setup minimizes administrative burdens, enabling more time to focus on patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging video or phone sessions with clients, ensuring an encouraging and therapeutic environment.

• Provide treatment for clients during 30- to 45-minute sessions, maintaining a structured yet adaptable approach based on individual needs.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to assist clients managing stable but challenging conditions such as ADHD, OCD, grief, weight disorders, and relationship issues.

• Collaborate with the support team to enhance your practice and share insights that contribute to a holistic treatment approach.

• Maintain accurate client records while adhering to the minimum paperwork necessary, enhancing your focus on care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The majority of clients you will work with are stable and low acuity, ensuring that you can effectively apply your skills without dealing with high-risk cases. You will have the autonomy to select client demographics that align with your expertise and interests, from children to adults, thus tailoring your practice to your strengths and preferences.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• An independent license to practice mental health counseling in the state of New Jersey without any disciplinary actions.
\n
• A reliable computer or laptop, smartphone, and stable internet connection (please note that tablets are not supported).
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in telehealth or remote therapy settings is highly desirable but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with digital therapy tools and platforms that enhance the client-counselor experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, we provide the following benefits:
