Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to establish clients' mental health status, which includes gathering detailed histories and identifying areas of concern.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect individual client goals and address their specific needs, ensuring a client-centered approach.

• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients, employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Deliver therapy through telehealth platforms, ensuring clients receive consistent and effective support regardless of their location.

• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, offering immediate support and resources during crisis situations.

• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to remain current with mental health best practices and maintain relevant certifications.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Primarily, you will work with adult clients experiencing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will involve creating a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions, enabling them to cultivate resilience and personal growth. Through our teletherapy format, you will support clients from diverse backgrounds and locations, making a meaningful impact in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• Valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering an environment of trust and understanding with clients.

• Demonstrated qualities of compassion, empathy, and a commitment to non-judgmental practice in all interactions.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance client caseloads effectively.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your licensing board.
