Pay :

• $18.00-$20.00 per hour based on experience, plus uncapped monthly bonus opportunities

YOUR DAY AS A COLLECTIONS REPRESENTATIVE

This is a full-time opportunity working onsite in Newark, NJ as part of our growing and energetic office team.

In this specialist role, you'll be at the center of helping consumers find solutions by managing inbound and outbound phone conversations regarding outstanding accounts. Throughout the day, you'll negotiate payment arrangements, provide outstanding customer service, document account activity accurately, and utilize company systems to keep information current and organized. Your ability to communicate effectively, build rapport, and stay focused on performance goals will directly contribute to your success and create opportunities to maximize your bonus earnings while supporting overall team goals.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A COLLECTIONS REPRESENTATIVE

Preferred Qualifications: One year of collections experience or sales experience is preferred. Customer service and call center experience are also beneficial.
